  • Biswajit Patnaik, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Bharti Infratel Limited has been conferred the Recognition Trophy for Strategy Leader of the year 2019 at the 4th Annual Strategy Leaders Summit & Awards 2019 held in Hotel St. Regis, Mumbai on February 08, 2019. The recognition marks Biswajit’s numerous leadership contributions to the organization and having exhibited exemplary commitments to the growth of the company.
  • Bharti Infratel has been awarded for the category Innovation in Telecom Infrastructure at the 9th edition of Aegis Graham Bell Awards hosted by the Government of Goa held on February 01, 2019 at Entertainment Society of Goa. The occasion was graced by Mr. Rohan Khaunte, IT Minister as the chief guest and Mr. Ameya Abhyankar, IT secretary. The jury evaluated the various organizations across the country over the past year through multiple rounds and recognized the winners.
  • Bharti Infratel was adjudged with the coveted Golden Peacock Award for Corporate Social Responsibility by Institute of Directors at Hotel Taj Lands End, Mumbai (India) on January 17, 2019. It was awarded by Mr. Prakash Manchubhai Mehta, Minister of Housing, Govt. of Maharashtra. The awards are honoured to India’s leading companies under various sectors who have been committed towards CSR. The esteemed panel of jury members at Institute of Directors rigorously scrutinised each award application and recognised the ones with noteworthy initiatives in CSR.
  • Bharti Infratel received the Responsible Business award at SABERA Summit and Awards organized on December 6, 2018 at Teen Murti Bhavan, Nehru Museum, New Delhi. The awards recognize and felicitate India's leading companies who have delivered excellence in building a sustainable future under various categories of social and business responsibility.
  • At the 6th Smart Cities Conclave and Awards organized by BW Businessworld, Bharti Infratel was awarded for Best Smart Infrastructure Development to commend its work for Bhopal Smart City. It was awarded by Smt Sarveen Chaudhary, Hon'ble Minister for Urban Development & Housing, Government of Himachal Pradesh; Mr. Vinit Goenka, Member Governing Council, Central for Railway Information Systems.
  • Rajiv Arora, Chief Legal, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs, Bharti Infratel, has been recognised as 'General Counsel of the Year' by Indian National Bar Association (INBA) at the 69th Constitutional Day, on November 26, 2018.
  • Bharti Infratel was awarded under the category Telecom Infrastructure Development by Dun & Bradstreet Infra Awards 2018 for contributing in building an India of Tomorrow. To commemorate the honours Shri Amitabh Kant, IAS, Chief Executive Officer, NITI Aayog, Government of India graced the occasion. Dun & Bradstreet Infra Awards recognize and felicitate India's leading infrastructure companies who have delivered exemplary performances, under various verticals of infrastructure.
  • Bharti Infratel received the "ET NOW CSR Leadership Award 2018" for its efforts towards building an inclusive world, by supporting inclusion of differently abled people into the mainstream through the Bharti Infratel Scholarship Program, a CSR initiative being implemented in the North-east region of the country.It is an appreciation of efforts towards driving the agenda of inclusion through equal participation and access to opportunities through education for people with disabilities.
  • Mr Akhil Gupta, Executive Chairman, Bharti Infratel and Vice Chairman of Bharti Group has won the ‘Entrepreneurial CEO’ Award at the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2017. The recognition marks Mr. Gupta’s numerous contributions to the Indian telecom industry.EY Entrepreneur of the Year is one the world’s most prestigious business awards for entrepreneurs and is recognizing them through regional, national and global awards programs in more than 145 cities in 60 countries.
  • Bharti Infratel has won the "Gold Award - Business Excellence Framework-2018" by "RE Assets India" on 2nd February '18 at New Delhi. It was awarded by Dr. Ketan Shukla, Jt.Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs; Sh. G.K. Gupta, Jt.Secretary, MNRE & Sh. Rakesh Kumar, Director, ISA.
  • Pankaj Miglani, Chief Financial Officer, Bharti Infratel, has been selected as the winner in the category 'CA CFO -- Information Technology & Telecom Sector' by The Committee for Professional Accountants in Business & Industry (CPABI).
  • Bharti Infratel has received the Pad Man Award 2018 for CSR initiatives in the area of Water and Sanitation by Yuva Unstoppable, a non-profit organisation. It was presented by Filmmaker R Balki and actress Sonam Kapoor. Bharti Infratel proudly supports and implements CSR Projects through Satya Bharti Abhiyan and Facilitating Learning on Water, Sanitation & Hygienes which have provided access to safe water and sanitation infrastructure to more than 17,600 households and 44 schools in rural Ludhiana and marginalized urban schools in Bhubaneswar, Indore and Ranchi.
  • Mr Akhil Gupta, Executive Chairman, Bharti Infratel and Vice Chairman of Bharti Group has been recognised with the ‘CA Lifetime Achiever’ honour by – The Committee for Professional Accountants in Business & Industry (CPABI). The recognition marks Mr Gupta’s numerous contributions to the industry and having exhibited exemplary commitments to the CA community.
  • Bharti Infratel was felicitated with Golden Peacock Award for Risk Management at The Singapore Global Convention. The event started with the theme of Building an Ethical & Risk Resilient Enterprise followed by a special keynote by Mr Jawed Ashraf, High Commissioner of India to Singapore. Followed by the felicitation by Peter Seah Lim Huat, Chairman, DBS Group under each category.
  • Bharti Infratel has been adjudged with D&B Infra Awards 2017 listings and publication for the year 2017. To commemorate the honors, Shri Nitin Gadkari, Honorable Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways and Water Resource, River Development, & Ganga Rejuvenation, Government of India handed over the trophy.
  • Bharti Infratel has yet again excelled in D&B India's Top 500 Companies listings and publication for the year 2017. To commemorate this title, Bharti Infratel was felicitated at the Dun & Bradstreet Corporate Awards 2017 , in Mumbai. The event started with a special keynote by Mr Arjun Ram Meghwal Minister of State for Finance & Corporate Affairs, Government of India, who also felicitated the winners under each category, for their strong contributions.
  • Bharti Infratel has been recognised as one of the Best Employers 2017 by Aon Hewitt for the third time in a row. The Aon Best Employers India 2017 Study was done in partnership with Business Insider, People Matters in the HR editorial space and NDTV Prime. Each application is scrutinised to measure the alignment between the Leadership vision and employee experience through focussed group interviews, opinion survey and audit of people practices.
  • Bharti Infratel is conferred with Gold Award - Business Excellence Framework-2017 by RE Assets India - 2017. The jury from CII, IREDA including leading industry experts, scrutinised each application thoroughly before announcing the winners. Each company participating in the competition undergoes extensive research, including a thorough analysis of their capabilities, experience and expertise.
  • Bharti Infratel is honoured with Silver Award - Social and Community Initiatives at The Annual Changemaker Awards 2016. The 7th edition of the Changemaker Awards was organised to recognise valuable contributions made by Bharti Group companies as well as key individuals towards the agenda of corporate responsibility and good governance.
  • The annual report of Bharti Infratel has topped the global competition in Telecommunication category and is garnered with Platinum award in Vision Awards 2016 instituted by the League of American Communications Professionals LLC, USA (LACP). Our Annual Report has also been ranked as 22 amongst the overall top 50 worldwide in the said awards that drew the largest number of submissions ever this year, with entries representing nearly of two dozen countries from the world.
  • Bharti Infratel has won Top Telecom Tower Company of the Year 2016 award at Amity Telecom National Awards for Excellence Telefocus. Amity Telecom National Awards for Excellence was organised at 14th Annual National Telecom Seminar in Delhi NCR. The theme of the seminar was to discuss the role of 'Internet of Things' and its potential impact on society. Mr Akhil Gupta, Chairman, Bharti Infratel and Mr R S Sharma, Chairman Telecom Regulatory Authority of India graced the occasion as the chief guests at the seminar.
  • Bharti Infratel is conferred with Green Initiative of the Year 2016 title at the TowerXchange ME&A Meetup in Johannesburg. TowerXchange is an open community for thought leaders in the emerging market towers industry. They honour MNOs, towercos, investors, equipment and service providers who exhibit best practices in passive and active infrastructure management, opex reduction, and infrastructure sharing. With this recognition, Bharti Infratel, yet again have been bestowed upon with international recognition for adopting green and sustainable practises in business and operations.
